Shipping
We ship with DPD. The evening of the day that we hand over the package to DPD, you will receive an email on which day you can expect the delivery. This is normally within 2-3 business days. On the day of delivery you will receive a second email from DPD with the time, e.g. between 2 pm and 3 pm. Didn’t receive an email? Then look in the SPAM box.

Returns
Ordered the wrong item or not the right colour? You can return a product at your own expense up to 14 days after receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product is complete and includes all accessories
- The product is in new condition
- You may view and test the product to ensure it works
- The product is – if reasonably possible – packaged in its original packaging. See this page for instructions on how to repackage your Moccamaster correctly.
The product may only have been used to a limited extent for evaluation purposes. In case of visible intensive use, damage or incompleteness, we may refuse the return or only refund part of the purchase price.

Guarantee
Our machines are covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. For professional machines, or when the product is used commercially or professionally, a 2-year warranty applies. This guarantee covers all claims based on manufacturing defects, not user errors. Is there still something wrong with your Moccamaster after the warranty period? We can often repair it at low cost. Good for your Moccamaster, your wallet and the environment.
