What can you expect?
A refurbished Moccamaster machine is a fully functional machine that we give a second life. Slight signs of use are possible, but do not affect functionality. The machine comes with a 3-year warranty.

How does it work?
- Returned machines are carefully checked and tested for damages and defective parts.
- The machines with broken parts are repaired and retested to ensure the refurbished machines meet our quality standards.
- After the repair, the machines are thoroughly cleaned to look as good as new.
- We repackage the machines in their original box. If the box is damaged, the machines will receive a new original box.
- If quality, safety and hygiene standards are met, the machine is given a 3-year warranty from date of purchase.
- Refurbished Moccamasters are ready to be reordered and given a second life.
