Ingredients:
- 400 g condensed milk
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of filter coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation: Heat the condensed milk over low heat and add the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Make a pot of coffee with your Moccamaster and add 2 tablespoons together with the vanilla to the mixture (drink the rest of the coffee). Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper and let it set in the fridge for a few hours. Cut into cubes and then serve with another delicious cup of coffee.

Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 250 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of filter coffee
- 200 ml whipped cream
- Caramel sauce (ready-made or home-made)
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 150°C. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and add the sugar jelly. Stir the vinegar and coffee into the mixture. Spoon the mixture into a cir bowl mould on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake the pavlova in the oven for 1 hour. Let cool and garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 100 ml strong coffee
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 50 g sultanas
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and baking powder. Beat the egg with the coffee and milk, and add to the dry ingredients. Gently mix in the walnuts and sultanas. Pour the batter into a cake tin and bake the bread for about 45 minutes. Let cool and serve topped with butter and a cup of coffee of your choice.
- Coffee Mocha Truffles
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons strong coffee
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Preparation: Heat the whipping cream and coffee in a saucepan until almost boiling. Pour it over the chopped chocolate and stir until it is a smooth ganache. Let it cool in the fridge until firm enough to mould. Roll small balls of the mixture and dust with cocoa powder.
