You’ll find a GARAN label on every Moccamaster machines. This label indicates the warranty period that applies to the machines in question. Depending on the type of machines, there are three different labels:

• 5-year warranty – for our domestic Moccamaster machines.
• 3-year warranty – for refurbished machines.
• 2-year warranty – for professional machines.

Where can you find the GARAN label?

The GARAN label is displayed on every machine, so you can see straight away which warranty period applies. You’ll find the label in the product information for the machine in question. This means you always know which warranty applies to your Moccamaster before you buy.

You do not need to register your Moccamaster separately to make use of the warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Have you lost your proof of purchase? In that case, we can determine the warranty period based on the item number on the base plate of your Moccamaster.
