Moccamaster Colour of the Year: Sorbet overtakes 2026
For the third time in a row, Moccamaster is proud to introduce our annual Colour of the Year. A limited edition that temporarily enriches the colourful KBG Select collection each year. In 2026, everything will revolve around Sorbet: a warm, energetic shade that radiates optimism and cheerfulness and gives your coffee moments a fresh, positive charge.
Sorbet is a warm shade with an energetic undertone that transforms your daily coffee moment into something extra special. It captures the feeling of long summer days and soft sunsets: a colour that brings warmth without being ostentatious. This makes Sorbet a perfect fit for both modern and timeless interiors. The colour brings warmth to your interior without being overpowering and gives every coffee moment a fresh, positive vibe. From your first cup in the morning to a quiet moment later in the day.
The KBG Select in Sorbet will be available from 1 March 2026 via the Moccamaster website and selected dealers. Have you fallen in love with this cheerful colour too? Then make sure you're quick, because this limited edition is only available for a limited time, while stocks last.

The idea behind Colour of the Year
Since 2024, Moccamaster has been introducing a unique, limited edition colour every year. What started as an idea to strengthen the connection between design and coffee moments has grown into an annual event that enthusiasts look forward to. The selection of a new colour begins more than a year in advance. We analyse international trends in fashion, interior design and lifestyle and translate these into a shade that is not only contemporary but also feels timeless. Our goal is not to follow a trend, but to set one.
Just like Apricot in 2024 and Ocean in 2025, Sorbet is only available for a limited time. With this limited edition, you are not only choosing perfectly brewed filter coffee, but also a unique Moccamaster that is only available in limited quantities. A statement in your kitchen that not everyone has.
